Testimonials
The “Effective Problem Solving” course is one that would be beneficial for anyone to take – from the novice who has had limited exposure to problem solving techniques, to the expert who is in need of a refresher. The material is straightforward and effective in its presentation. In addition to the superb content, several features that this training includes, which many on-line courses do not, are downloadable forms that facilitate your ability to quickly put into action what you have learned, a downloadable PDF copy of the presentation which makes a great reference, slide notes reflecting the narrative verbiage for each slide which would even allow someone to take the course if audio were not available, and a search tool for locating specified text within the presentation. I look forward to taking additional courses of yours in the future!

I met Craig several years ago when he was the key speaker at a networking event. I received notice that he’d developed online courses at a very reasonable price for topics of interest to me. So far, I’ve taken 2 of Craig’s courses: Building Your Leadership Potential and Effective Problem Solving. I found the content to be rich, the topics relevant and applicable across many different industries. I appreciate the flexibility of the online format as well as the Course Exam which enables the participant to earn CEUs (Continuing Education Units)…quite a bargain! I plan to take one of his newest courses, Handling and Preventing Customer Complaints. Craig is a consummate facilitator of high integrity and it comes across in his content. I highly recommend his courses!

An outstanding learning experience. I will definitely use “The 20 Essential Audit Questions” in my job. I am conducting an internal audit of account management next week and will employ everything presented: reviewing, planning, assessing processes, evaluating conformance. I have not seen any other courses offered by someone so well qualified and with such relevant content to getting results in the real world.

“Building your Leadership Potential” offered valuable skills every leader must have in order to succeed. Some were competencies we, as leaders, may know but have failed to make part of our every day way of doing business. The course offered insights in to areas often overlooked. I found it very helpful and feel every leader, no matter their position, would benefit from this course. In our time restricted world, the time required is minimal compared to the benefits gained.

I thought that this was a very good course [The 20 Essential Audit Questions]. There were three key points that stood out to me and I was about to relate to past experience. One of the things I liked most was the emphasis on preparing for the audit. Too many audits take too long and are not very effective due to lack of a good plan and good communication. I think the second biggest lesson to take away from this was the importance of identifying the positives, communicating the positives, congratulating individuals on the positives and working to pass the positives forward to other parts of the organization. Too often the closing meeting is about taking a beating and not really about continuous improvement and ensuring compliance. Your department does 99 things right and you hear about that 1 someone did wrong for an hour. The third thing was making sure you have your facts right and communicating to understand the requirements and the process. It really should be about us working with us to become a better company for our customers and share holders. Not the audit team scoring themselves on how many nonconformities they find.
–Martin Wright, TOTO USA, Inc.
The 20 essential Audit Questions, like your other presentations, is spot on. You eliminate non-value added material and get right to the business at hand. This saves the time of going through the literature and lets one put your practical advice and insights to work immediately. You remind us to focus on the things that matter most which forms the basis for creating value for the client.
–Ed Wesley, NISH
The course exceeded my expectations! I appreciate the course and everything I learned. It is especially rewarding to be able to apply what I learned to identify multiple causes, so that multiple corrective actions could be implemented.
–Martin Wright, TOTO USA, Inc.
This is a great course. I found it well-designed, very understandable, and very direct to what people need to know. I work as a consultant in DR, and I feel that now I’m in a better position to help my clients with their Corrective Action process.

Great course. “The 20 essential Audit Questions” is right on par with other courses I have taken from you in the past. I always enjoy your courses. They are packed with real world practical experiences and things that are easily implemented into my daily work. Good practical advice was given on how to prepare for an audit. Your course explained the pitfalls to watch out for conducting an audit, as well. You also outlined a proven path leading to a successful process enhancing audit. I am training as a internal auditor in our current Quality Management process and found this course “The 20 essential Audit Questions” very useful. In the past I have always been the one audited by both external and internal auditors. Taking this course really helped me understand the process from the perspective of the auditor.
–Jerrell McRoy, Kemira
I thought the training that TrainingExcellence.com provided was informative and had current information to provide to today’s different and ever-changing industries. The “Building Your Leadership Potential” training module allowed me to put myself in the position of our local company leaders and taught me how to better relate to them on a different level. I would highly recommend this training and its content to anyone within an organization, not just those seeking to become leaders.

I took the course “Building your Leadership Potential” because I was really interested in the title and wanted to reinforce the previous knowledge I received at school as well as in my professional experience. When finishing the course I was really satisfied with the results. The course helped me think about leadership in a new way, and I believe I learned some new leadership techniques. The worksheets for developing Personal Values and Organization Vision were also very good. I think that anybody can benefit from this course, whether they are a company president or front-line employee.

His new courses reflect his ability to get to a sound approach for improvement through using his information without losing his audience. Excellent course! “The 20 Essential Audit Questions” is a wonderful educational tool to have. The information was very useful and insightful. A must for any beginner or a wonderful review.
--Kim Baer, Yamaha Motor Corp.
I thought the course was value added and well worth the money for folks looking for the fundamentals of problem solving. So many clients are only addressing symptoms rather than identifying root causes that they can apply controls in order to prevent re-occurrences to their problems. The tools you provided were also helpful.
--Dennis Holmesley, RABQSA / IRCA Lead Auditor
Great courses. The Problem Solving was more aligned with my training, but the Leadership course is over the top. I have been re-assigned from PI analyst to Material Quality Improvement Manager (MQIM). Your Leadership course pointed out many flaws and strengths I can address and promote. Hopefully, using the leadership concepts from your class, I can steer our company to my vision of improved efficiency and quality through improved supplier quality. The challenges are many, but your Leadership course has provided me with a better path to drive my company to a more profitable relationship with our suppliers.
--Jim Edwards, Anheuser Busch, Cartersville, GA
I truly enjoyed the course "The 20 Essential Audit Questions.” I have a background in quality as well as Lead Auditing for ISO 9001. This course represented everything that I had been formally trained on and also helped me in "refreshing" my memory on really how to audit. I hope that you will be offering more courses of this nature via online or a classroom setting in the near future.
--Mark Harrison, Atlanta GA
Knowing next to nothing about auditing, I found the course very informative. You outlined the basic ground work required of auditors, and the importance of establishing and fostering a trustful and meaningful relationship with customers. Additionally, the course software worked very well with no interruptions. I really enjoyed the course and shall certainly take more.
--Terry R. Blevins, U.S. Army
The problem solving course is really good. I learned a good deal from it. The material is easy to follow and your example is very real world. What company doesn't deal with a spec issue on orders? To me an example like that makes it easier to understand the implementation of problem solving. Thanks!
--Tyler Grahovec, Pacesetter Steel Service, Inc.
I wanted to let you know I finished “Handling and Preventing Customer Complaints” and really enjoyed the course. I thought it was very informative and it kept my attention. I know it will be helpful to me as I work toward my objectives this year. Thanks!
--Kris H. Brooks, The Coca-Cola Company
I like the material in the problem solving course! It is rather timely since we just submitted our action plans for the NCs from the registration audit...we may be able to incorporate some of the ideas here to our corrective and preventive action process.
--Will Gough, xwave
“Building Your Leadership Potential” did a good job in explaining why people are willing to follow certain leaders, and not others. Every person has the chance to be a leader. This easy to follow lesson presents the necessary fundamentals to become a successful leader.
--Norman Webster, Coca-Cola Refreshments

The 20 Essential Audit Questions course is good, covering all of the important aspects of auditing. I particularly like the focus on performance results, positive practices, establishing rapport, and using the audit as a learning opportunity.

Craig, thank you very much for a masterpiece. This was a very comprehensive, if not exhaustive, coverage of the subject matter. You did it the way I totally appreciated. Keep up the good and sterling work.

I must congratulate you on your excellent efforts. The structuring of the course material, the way it is delivered, the slides and their configuration are all good.
--Venkataraman Padmanbhan, Chennai Area, India
As the director of operations at a small manufacturing facility, and a certified mediator, the Effective Problem Solving course was a helpful overview of root cause analysis and problem solving techniques. I found it very practical and straightforward. And, since the course covers many aspects of negotiating, the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution accepted the course for CE credit.
