About Training Excellence

My name is Craig Cochran and I’m the Chief Learning Officer of TrainingExcellence.org. I have had the privilege of providing training and consulting to businesses for over 20 years. My passion is conducting training that is fun, engaging, and useful. In the last few years, I have noticed a trend of businesses having to be more flexible and creative with their approaches to training employees. The traditional model of classroom training, where the participants spend a day or two sequestered in a meeting room, is becoming more difficult to implement. People simply have too much on their plates to be away from their jobs for that long. Additionally, training and travel budgets have been significantly reduced. In response to this, the idea of TrainingExcellence.org was born.

The E-Learning courses that are offered here are based on full-day training programs that have been successfully taught for years. The content has been refined through customer feedback and effectiveness reviews, resulting in training that is focused and free of fluff. It is a new paradigm of professional development in which the training is highly condensed and available at any time.
